Information processed by Customer using Services.
4. Customer Responsibility

- obtain required authorizations
- maintain lawful records
- screen business relationships where required
Customer remains solely responsible for export classifications and legal determinations.
5. Restricted Use
Customer shall not use Services to:
- violate sanctions
- evade restrictions
- facilitate prohibited transactions
- misrepresent shipment information
- conceal destination information
- avoid customs requirements
- circumvent trade controls
- support unlawful exports
6. Restricted Parties
Customer represents that Customer is not:
- subject to sanctions
- prohibited from receiving Services
- acting for restricted persons
- using Services in violation of applicable law
Company may suspend Services where restrictions apply.
7. Product and Data Controls
Customer remains responsible for determining whether Customer Data, products, catalog content, or operational information is:
- restricted
- controlled
- regulated
- licensed
Company does not determine export classifications for Customer.
8. Marketplace Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for:
- product listings
- country restrictions
- marketplace obligations
- taxes
- trade documentation
- inventory restrictions
Customer remains responsible for compliance with marketplace rules.
9. Fulfillment Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for:
- shipping decisions
- destination controls
- warehouse selection
- carrier requirements
- import obligations
Participation in ecosystem services does not transfer legal responsibility.
10. Optional Ecosystem Services
Customers may optionally connect:
- OneDirectBuy
- OneFulfillCenter
- third-party systems
Participation does not create trade authorization.
Customers remain responsible for compliance.
11. AI Features
Customer shall not use AI capabilities to:
- generate unlawful export documents
- evade customs requirements
- conceal trade activity
- support sanctions violations
- misrepresent operational information
AI outputs require Customer review.
12. Third-Party Providers
Third-party providers remain governed by their own legal obligations.
Company does not guarantee third-party availability in all regions.
13. Screening and Review
Company may:
- review account activity
- request information
- restrict transactions
- suspend Services
- perform compliance verification
Company is not obligated to monitor Customer activity continuously.
14. Record Retention
Customers remain responsible for maintaining records required by applicable law.
Company retention practices appear separately.
15. Reporting
Customers should notify Company if:
- restrictions apply
- government notices are received
- compliance concerns arise
16. Disclaimers
Company provides software and infrastructure.
Unless separately agreed, Company is not:
- merchant of record
- customs broker
- trade advisor
- importer
- exporter
- legal representative
Customer remains responsible for legal compliance.
17. Liability
Customer agrees Company is not liable for:
- regulatory actions
- trade restrictions
- shipment delays
- customs outcomes
- marketplace actions
Customer remains responsible for business operations.
18. Termination
Company may suspend or terminate access for:
- trade concerns
- legal restrictions
- sanctions obligations
- regulatory requirements
Customer obligations survive termination.

Company may revise this Policy.
Updated versions apply prospectively.
