11. Automation and Agents
Customers may configure automation.
Customer shall not:

12. Content Restrictions
Customer shall not upload or distribute:

- OneDirectBuy
- OneFulfillCenter
- third-party systems
Customers may not:
- circumvent ecosystem safeguards
- misrepresent service relationships
Participation remains optional.
15. Resource Fair Use
Customers shall not:
- consume unreasonable capacity
- degrade platform operation
- generate abusive workloads
- create excessive storage usage
- run unsupported background jobs
Company may protect system stability.
16. Investigations
Company may:

- investigate reports
- restrict access
- request remediation
- preserve evidence
- conduct security analysis
Customers agree to cooperate.
17. Enforcement
