Company retains all right, title, and interest in:

- platform functionality
- AI systems
- algorithms
- integrations
- workflows
- documentation
- design
- branding
- logos
- trademarks
- analytics methodologies
- operational systems
No ownership transfers by access or payment.
4. Customer Ownership
Customer retains ownership of:
- Customer Data
- Customer Content
- uploaded materials
- business information
- operational information
Customer ownership survives termination.
5. License to Company
Customer grants Company a limited, non-exclusive license to:

- process
- secure
- display
- transmit
- analyze
- operate Services
License duration continues only as necessary to provide Services and meet legal obligations.
6. License to Customer
Company grants Customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access Services.
Customer may not:

- reverse engineer
- republish software
- sell access
- create competing services
- remove notices
unless separately authorized.
7. AI Output Ownership
Generated content created through AI functionality may be used by Customer subject to this Policy.
Customer remains responsible for:
- verification
- review
- publication
- legal compliance
Company does not transfer ownership of:
- models
- training systems
- algorithms
- AI infrastructure
8. Customer Data Training
Where permitted by agreement and law, Company may use authorized information to:
- improve services
- optimize models
- enhance operations
Customer ownership remains unchanged.
No transfer of underlying Customer Data ownership occurs.
9. Feedback
Customer grants Company a perpetual, worldwide license to use Feedback without compensation.
Feedback may be incorporated into future products.
10. API Rights
